OVERVIEW
Plant Tycoon is a mobile casual / idle-inspired prototype centered around plant growth, collection, and progression.
The gameplay relies on simple actions, visual progression, and a relaxing sense of accumulation.
MY ROLE

Level Design & Game Balancing

Worked on the level design and full balancing of the game, including idle progression, economy pacing, rewards and upgrades.

Helped define the gameplay structure, player goals, and progression flow.

Designed and adjusted levels to support the idle loop and make the progression clear and satisfying.

Tested the prototype and adjusted the balancing to improve clarity, rhythm and long-term progression.

Contributed to QA, playtesting and iteration during development.

Created a few simple art assets to support the game’s visual needs.
DESIGN FOCUS
The goal was to create a simple and satisfying loop where players could quickly understand what to do, see progress, and feel rewarded through growth and upgrades.
