Plant Tycoon!

OVERVIEW

Plant Tycoon is a mobile casual / idle-inspired prototype centered around plant growth, collection, and progression.

 

The gameplay relies on simple actions, visual progression, and a relaxing sense of accumulation.

Level Design & Game Balancing

  • Worked on the level design and full balancing of the game, including idle progression, economy pacing, rewards and upgrades.

  • Helped define the gameplay structure, player goals, and progression flow.

  • Designed and adjusted levels to support the idle loop and make the progression clear and satisfying.

  • Tested the prototype and adjusted the balancing to improve clarity, rhythm and long-term progression.

  • Contributed to QA, playtesting and iteration during development.

  • Created a few simple art assets to support the game’s visual needs.

DESIGN FOCUS

The goal was to create a simple and satisfying loop where players could quickly understand what to do, see progress, and feel rewarded through growth and upgrades.
